"While surveys generally are not pleasant experiences, a poorly constructed survey can be extremely frustrating to complete. I recognize the need for evaluation and assessment, so I try to assist when I can. The TextReviews survey was well constructed and afforded persons taking the survey opportunities to elaborate upon particular issues at key places. Oftentimes questions on surveys are ambiguous, but in this survey, the few questions which were ambiguous and subject to interpretation all had the opportunity to include explanatory comments from the participant. I had the option of articulating an idea which may not have been anticipated by the team constructing the survey. Thus, at least in my case, I felt that my voice was heard. Excellent."
